Thammasat University Rangsit Campus offers lectures in the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Faculty of Political Science, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Social Administration, Faculty of Sociology and Anthropology, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Public Health, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Learning Sciences and Education, Puey Ungphakorn School of Development Studies, School of Global Studies, Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology, Chulabhorn International College of Medicine, and Language Institute.

Pattaya Campus spans over the area of 564 rai. The Faculty of Engineering based in Pattaya offers courses in Automotive Engineering Technology and Automotive Engineering and Software Engineering. College of Innovation also offers courses in Technology Management.

Lampang Campus is situated about 15 kilometers from town, covering the area of 364 rai. Its first complex is named “Sirindhararat Building”. It currently offers courses in the Faculty of Law, College of Interdisciplinary Studies, Faculty of Social Administration, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Faculty of Public Health, and Faculty of Science and Technology.
