Thammasat University and the Sahapat Group summarize the success of the SEED TO SUCCESS project, offering real business challenges to build career skills.

On July 27, 2026, Thammasat University and Sahapattana Group held a certificate ceremony concluding the SEED TO SUCCESS project. The summer internship initiative provided students with real-world entrepreneurial experience to boost their future careers.
Attending the King Bridge Tower event were Thammasat University executives Prof. Dr. Supasawad Chardchawarn, Rector of Thammasat University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dumrong Adulyarittigun Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orapan Yolrabil, Vice Rector for Strategic Collaboration and Enterprise Value Creation, alongside faculty and students. Sahapat Group was represented by Ms. Urairat Watthanasanguansuk, Vice President of TNLX, and Dr. Pornanong Meephumroo, Deputy HR Director and Club President.

The SEED TO SUCCESS project, a summer internship collaboration between Thammasat University and the Sahapat Group, establishes a platform for Young Entrepreneurs. Through experiential learning, it enables students to gain out-of-classroom experience and apply academic knowledge to the business sector. The initiative aims to develop essential workforce skills, including teamwork, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving, utilizing the Design Thinking process.

Prof. Dr. Supasawad, Rector of Thammasat University, stated that this project reflects the university’s important goal of producing graduates who possess both knowledge and practical work skills. He emphasized that what holds more value than the outcomes is the learning process, analytical thinking, collaboration, and adaptability to challenges in the workforce. He also expressed gratitude to the Sahapat Group for their support in driving this collaboration to fruition and hopes to expand the project to provide opportunities for more students in the future.

Ms. Urairat, Vice President of TNLX Company, stated that the SEED TO SUCCESS pilot project demonstrates the potential, creativity, and commitment of students who dare to think, take action, and learn to collaborate, all of which are essential skills for the future. She reaffirmed that the Sahapat Group remains committed to supporting the development of the new generation and hopes to continue its collaboration with Thammasat University in creating valuable opportunities and learning experiences continuously.

The event featured a video highlighting the students’ experiences and achievements throughout the project. It concluded with a ceremony where certificates and awards were presented to the winning team by Professor Dr. Supasawat Chatchawal, President of Thammasat University. The SEED TO SUCCESS project exemplifies the collaboration between Thammasat University and the Sahapat Group, bridging academic knowledge with the business sector to allow students to develop essential skills, innovate, and become future Young Entrepreneurs.
