Thammasat University Achieves Top 100 Global SDG Ranking, Second Among Thai Institutions for Second Consecutive Year
Thammasat University has been ranked 64th in the world, tied with other institutions, in the drive towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, with a score of 91.3.

On June 18, 2025, The Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings announced the results of the ranking for the pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This year, Thammasat University achieved a joint global ranking of 64th out of 2,318 institutions, with a score of 91.3 out of 100, while also securing the joint second position in Thailand. In 2024, it was ranked 81st in the world out of 1,963 institutions, with a score of 90.3, and held the fourth position in Thailand.
Thammasat’s goals for 2025
SDG5 ranks 2nd in Thailand with a score of 81.6 and is positioned 5th in the world out of 1,559 institutions.
SDG11 ranks 2nd in Thailand with a score of 84.1 and is positioned 38th in the world out of 1,154 institutions.
SDG16 ranks 1st in Thailand with a score of 91.1 and is positioned 4th in the world out of 1,214 institutions.
SDG3 ranks 5th jointly in Thailand with a score of 71.2 and is positioned between 101-200 in the world out of 1,788 institutions.
SDG10 ranks 4th jointly for Thailand with a score of 54.2, placing it in the 401-600 range globally out of 1,261 institutions.
SDG12 ranks 3rd jointly for Thailand with a score of 79.6, placing it in the 101-200 range globally out of 973 institutions.
SDG17 ranks 6th for Thailand with a score of 93.7, placing it 62nd globally out of 2,389 institutions.
