Update: Thammasat University has discussed an academic collaboration with three partner universities in Japan and China.

MOU signing between Thammasat University and Oita University, Japan

          On 11 November 2019 - Thammasat University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Oita University. Rector Gasinee Witoonchart and Prof. Seigo KITANO, President of Oita University presided over the ceremony, in the attendance of Vice Rector for International Affairs (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kitti Prasirtsuk), Dean Adchara Panthanuwong and executives from Oita University and Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication. Both sides discussed upon students exchange in particular at the undergraduate level and short program. The discussion also includes scholarships for both institutes’ students.

 

Soka University visited Thammasat University

          On 14 September 2019 - Rector Gasinee Witoonchart along with Vice Rector Kitti Prasirtsuk, met with Ms. Emiko Takasuna - Director of Soka University Liaison Office in Thammasat University.Both sides discussed student exchange and joint research, particularly on Education, Criminal Management and Aging Society. Soka University also invited the Rector to visit Soka University in next year.

 

The School Project Plan of Yunnan Modern Education and Continuing Education College visited to Thammasat University.

On 14 November 2019 – Vice Rector for International Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kitti Prasirtsuk met with representatives from Yunnan Modern Education and Continuing Education College, China. Both sides discussed selecting Chinese students to study for undergrad degree at Thammasat.
