Thammasat marked a higher position in the QS World University Rankings 2024.

Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) announced the 2024 World University Rankings, Thammasat ranked 600th among universities worldwide and ranked 4th in the country.

     According to the  Ranking Report of Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), the world's leading institution for the analysis of internationally recognized higher education institutions. There are 2,963 higher education institutions from around the world attending the ranking by considering 9 indicators: 1. Academic Reputation; 2. Employer Reputation; 3. Faculty to Student Ratio; 4. Citations per Faculty; 5. International Faculty Ratio; 6. International Student Ratio 7. International Research Network; 8. Employment Outcomes; and 9. Sustainability, including document analysis, academic research and collecting expert opinions from faculty and employers.

     This year, Thammasat University has moved up to the top 600 of universities worldwide and ranked 4th in the country on June 28, 2023. With improved ranking results compared to the previous year (2023 ranked at 651-700) reflects the development of the university and thus raises the quality of education to international standards. In addition, Thammasat was ranked 2nd in the country in terms of Employment Outcomes and 3rd in the country in terms of Employer Reputation and Faculty per Student.

     Assoc. Prof. Gasinee Witoonchart, Rector of Thammasat University congratulated Thammasat University for being ranked in the 600th position in the world and will continue to strive to develop in the aspects of the quality of students, teachers, academics, research results and international networks in order to maintain the quality standards even further and lead Thammasat University to become a world class university for the people.
