Update: Thammasat University has discussed an academic collaboration with Kansai University, Japan.

Kansai University and Thammasat update partnership

     Dr. Hiroyuki YOMO, Vice-Dean of the Division of International Affairs at Kansai University in Japan and Mr. Isao KAWAHARADA, Manager of the International Liaison Office, visited the Office of International Affairs, Thammasat-Tha Prachan, on 13 December 2023. The delegation was greeted and welcomed by the Director of the Office of International Affairs (OIA), Ms. Surussawadee Artnonla, and the OIA staff.

     The visit centered on updates of the exchange program between Kansai Universiy and Thammasat under the current agreement which covers course offerings, requirements, dormitory arrangements, possible scholarship opportunities, student activities and emergency contacts. 

     The Kansai officials provided information about their tentative Summer Program 2024 that will be offered in July, featuring how to run a business in Japan, cultural tours and basic Japanese language classes. Once the details are finalized, Kansai will seek support from Thammasat to publicize its Summer School Program 2024 for TU students.

     Thammasat, for its part, also presented an overview of its the Summer Program 2024 to be held in August 2024, featuring courses in Business Opportunities in Thailand, Innovation & Entrepreneurial Mindset, Basic Thai Language training as well as company visits.

Kansai University เยือนธรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลสถานการณ์ความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ

     Dr. Hiroyuki YOMO รองคณบดี Division of International Affairs พร้อมด้วย Mr. Isao KAWAHARADA ผู้จัดการประจำศูนย์ประสานงานด้านการต่างประเทศจาก Kansai University ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น เดินทางเยือนกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ท่าพระจันทร์ เมื่อวันที่ 13 ธันวาคม 2566 ให้การต้อนรับโดยผู้อำนวยการ พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่กองวิเทศสัมพันธ์

     ในการเยือนครั้งนี้ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลสถานการณ์โครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษาระหว่างสองสถาบัน ภายใต้ข้อตกลงปัจจุบัน ได้แก่ รายวิชาเรียน เกณฑ์การสมัคร หอพัก กิจกรรมนานาชาติที่จัดให้แก่นักศึกษา ช่องทางติดต่อฉุกเฉิน เป็นต้น

     ฝ่าย Kansai ให้ข้อมูลและประชาสัมพันธ์ร่างโครงการ Summer Program 2024 ซึ่งกำหนดจัดในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2567 โดยหลักสูตรเกี่ยวกับ การทำธุรกิจในญี่ปุ่น วิชาภาษาญี่ปุ่นเบื้องต้น พร้อมทัศนศึกษา และเมื่อรายละเอียดโครงการครบถ้วนจะส่งให้ทางธรรมศาสตร์ประชาสัมพันธ์ให้กับนักศึกษาที่สนใจต่อไป

     หลังจากนั้น ฝ่ายธรรมศาสตร์ได้ประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ Summer Program 2024 ที่จะจัดขึ้นในเดือนสิงหาคม 2567 นี้ โดยหลักสูตรเกี่ยวกับ Business opportunities in Thailand, Innovation & Entrepreneurial Mindset และภาษาไทยเบื้องต้นสำหรับชาวต่างชาติ รวมถึงการศึกษาศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทยและการเรียนรู้จากการศึกษาดูงานในบริษัทต่าง ๆ ด้วย
