OIA hosts Orientation Day for Thammasat outbound students for academic year 2022.

     The Office of International Affairs hosted an Orientation Day for Thammasat outbound students for academic year 2022 on 19 July 2022. The Vice Rector for Administration (Tha Prachan) and International Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Surat Teerakapibal, presided over the event’s opening ceremony and delivered opening remarks.

     The orientation day included guidance from regional OIA coordinators about official documents and travel plans before traveling overseas (USA, Japan, Austria, Germany, Korea, etc.). Afterwards, the international affairs staff from the Thammasat Business School and the faculties of Political Science and Liberal Arts provided detailed information regarding credit transfer.

     Exchange students who have returned from abroad also had an opportunity to  share their experiences on how to adapt to a new environment while studying at a partner university overseas and offered their guidance on adjusting to new living contexts. Finally, Dr. Siripatra Patchanee, Assistant to the Rector for International Affairs, gave a closing speech and encouraged students who are heading out to embrace and explore the new circumstances on their horizon. 

กิจกรรมปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนขาออกไปต่างประเทศ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2565

     เมื่อวันที่ 19 กรกฎาคม 2565 กองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ จัดงานปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนขาออกไปต่างประเทศ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2565 โดย รศ.ดร.สุรัตน์ ทีรฆาภิบาล รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายบริหารท่าพระจันทร์และวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ได้กล่าวเปิดงานและให้โอวาทแก่นักศึกษาที่จะเดินทางไปแลกเปลี่ยนยังต่างประเทศ พร้อมด้วย อาจารย์ทันตแพทย์หญิง สิริภัทรา พัชนี ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ได้กล่าวแสดงความยินดีกับนักศึกษาที่กำลังจะเดินทางไปแลกเปลี่ยน

   โดยผู้ประสานงานโครงการแต่ละภูมิภาคของกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ได้ให้คำแนะนำด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านเอกสารและแผนการเดินทาง ก่อนไปแลกเปลี่ยนที่มหาวิทยาลัยคู่สัญญาในต่างประเทศ เช่น อเมริกา ญี่ปุ่น ออสเตรีย เยอรมนี และเกาหลี เป็นต้น ทั้งนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ดูแลนักศึกษาจากคณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี คณะรัฐศาสตร์ และคณะศิลปศาสตร์ ได้ให้ความรู้และคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการเทียบโอนรายวิชาหลังสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาการแลกเปลี่ยนแล้ว

   นอกจากนี้ นักศึกษาที่เคยเดินทางไปศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนที่มหาวิทยาลัยคู่สัญญาในประเทศต่าง ๆ เช่น ออสเตรีย ญี่ปุ่น เกาหลี และสวีเดน ได้ร่วมถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์การใช้ชีวิตและการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าภายใต้สภาวะฉุกเฉิน ขณะที่ศึกษาอยู่ต่างประเทศ
