Thammasat and ATCSW discussed enhancing cooperation in social work and social welfare to support social workers in Thailand and ASEAN

     On 13 December 2021, The meeting between Thammasat University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Surat Teerakapibal, Vice Rector for Administration (Tha Prachan) and International Affairs, along with Prof. Rapeepan Kumhom, Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Puchong, Associate Dean Academic and International Affairs, and Dr. Sorasich Swangsilp from the Faculty of Social Administration, met  Ms. Wanna Suksriboonamphai, Executive Director and staff from ASEAN Training Centre for Social Work and Social Welfare (ATCSW) at the Faculty of Social Administration, Thammasat University Tha Prachan.

     As strategic partners and under academic collaboration at the faculty level, both sides discussed ways to produce initial programs to further support and enhance in various fields of works of social workers in Thailand and ASEAN. Collaborating with Thammasat University, the ATCSW team is honored to cooperate in using informative Digital Training Platform for productive online training sessions.

     มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ นำโดย รศ.ดร.สุรัตน์ ทีรฆาภิบาล รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายบริหารท่าพระจันทร์และวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ประธานที่ประชุม พร้อมด้วย ศ.ระพีพรรณ คำหอม คณบดีคณะสังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตร์ ผศ.ดร.ภุชงค์ เสนานุช รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและวิเทศสัมพันธ์ และ ดร.สรสิช สว่างศิลป์ จากคณะสังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตร์ ประชุมหารือการทำงานด้านสังคมสงเคราะห์และสวัสดิการสังคม ร่วมกับ คุณวรรณา สุขศรีบูรณ์อำไพ ผู้อำนวยการ และเจ้าหน้าที่จากศูนย์ฝึกอบรมอาเซียนด้านสังคมสงเคราะห์และสวัสดิการสังคม เมื่อวันที่ 13 ธันวาคม 2564 ณ คณะสังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ท่าพระจันทร์

     ที่ประชุมได้สนับสนุนความร่วมมือและผลักดันกิจกรรมด้านงานสังคมสงเคราะห์และสวัสดิการสังคม ภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงาน เพื่อให้เกิดหลักสูตร โปรแกรม และเครื่องมือในการสนับสนุนการทำงานของนักสังคมสงเคราะห์ ทั้งในประเทศไทยและกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน โดยประสานความร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ในการใช้ Digital Training Platform
